When i first came here, i was congratulated by HEM as i was chosen to be part of the staffs, but at that time, there were 7 other teachers already packing their bags moving away n what could that means???? if lucky is the real word, why did they choose to move? so irony! to make it more unpleasant, one of the recent BI teachers welcame me with a sentence, "we have work waiting for you." so cute and warm (read cynically...)
My first impression? physically, this school is ok coz no collapsed buildings around but the soul is not really here coz the seniors are counting their shares in giving me burden of workload. everbody wants to have their parts. if you love the job, do it excellently. if not, still do it but do it clumsily though..do not regret, mumbling over deaf ears or worse come to other people's seat and make them listen to your sermon of the day (especially if you dont hv time to lend your ears to them)...how bout dat?
